Nylon
Made from nylon re-twisted threads, this fabric can be coated with high temperature red silicone to enhance its sealing. Also, the twill weaving increases the abrasion resistance and reduces fraying when cut. A heat set treatment is also applied to stabilize the material.

Applications
The 3R1135 is designed for the fabrication of pipe sleeves between aspiration lines and vibrating sifters. It also is a really good reinforcement material for chute linings that transfer abrasive materials.
