NEOPRENE COATED
FIBERGLASS CLOTH

This fabric is a closely woven glass cloth, coated on each side with a tough layer of black neoprene rubber. It has good resistance to flex cracking, to abrasion, oxidation, weathering, to attacks by acidic liquids and vapors. It is protects from attacks by oils and greases and has a very low permeability to gases.

Applications //

The TXP 407 is commonly used as welding and spark curtains, it is resistant to molten metal splash, welding sparks and splatter. It can be used as a component in some flexible connectors, bellows, expansion joints and cylinder boots.
