HIGH TEMPERATURE BLUE
FIBERGLASS ROPE

These high temperature fiberglass ropes are made from high quality blue texturized yarns with copper wire inserted. Designed for high temperature industrial applications, these ropes are flexible, allowing them to match uneven surfaces when used as static seals. They are available in round, square and rectangular braided forms.

Applications //

Being used as joint or lagging or sealing works, the high temperature blue ropes are easy to handle, easy to cut, also to roll up and by-pass pointed objects. When a high density is required, it is recommended to use the square cables.

They can withstand temperatures up to 600°C . They are completely incombustible and resist most acids and alkalis. It will retain its tensile strength up to 300°C.

The blue fiberglass cables are commonly used as static gaskets for industrial ovens, ladle sealing gaskets (aluminum smelters) .

Note : This cable can be made during the process or treated after with high temperature silicone, graphite and vermiculite.
