Tresse entrecroisée faite de PTFE dilaté et de graphite,
avec les coins renforcis de fibres aramide. Ceux-ci
préviennent l’extrusion lors du resserrement de la
garniture. Elle ne cause presque pas de friction et
convient pour les pompes des moulins à papier.

Interlocked braided packing made of EG2 PTFE/
graphite yarn, reinforced with high strength aramid
yarn corners. This packing provides good chemical
resistance and heat dissipation plus anti-extrusion
strength. It is used in papermill stock pumps.

Tresse avec cœur de fibres aramide recouvert de
particules de graphite, et totalement enrobée de
PTFE. Elle possède une grande force mécanique
et reste stable dimensionnellement. Le 3R782
convient aux applications corrosives et résiste très
bien à l’extrusion, même à hautes vitesses et à
hautes pressions.

This self-lubricated packing has an aramid core
covered with graphite particles and completely
coated with a PTFE jacket. It possesses excellent
mechanical strength and dimensional stability. The
3R782 is well suited for corrosive applications and
resists very well to extrusion even in high surface
speed and high pressures.

Tresse entrecroisée fabriquée de fils de PTFE pur et renforcie
d’aramide aux quatre coins. Cette combinaison rend la gar-
niture très stable et durable. Le 3R785 ne contamine pas les
liquides et convient aux acides, aux alcalis et à la plupart des
produits chimiques. Il est surtout utilisé pour les applications
abrasives dans les mélangeurs, les agitateurs et les pompes
alternatives.

This interlocked braided packing is made of pure PTFE yarn
reinforced with aramid corners. This combination makes it
durable and dimensionally stable. It does not contaminate
the liquids and it is suitable for acids, alkali and a broad
range of chemicals. Used in the abrasive applications on the
blenders, mixers, agitators and reciprocating pumps.
