Garniture en tresse entrecroisée fabriquée de filaments
de PTFE dans lesquels sont insérées de fines particules
de graphite pur. Traité avec un lubrifiant haute tempéra-
ture, le 3R730 convient aux vitesses plus élevées que
celles des garnitures en tresse de PTFE convention-
nelles, et aux produits chimiques (exception : métaux
alcalins en fusion, fluor, pétrole, fumée d’acide nitrique,
région aquatique et autres agents oxydants forts).

Interlocked braided packing made with expanded EG2
PTFE filaments in which fine particles of pure graphite
have been encapsulated and treated with a tempera-
ture break-in lubricant. It is appropriate for higher
shaft speeds than conventional PTFE braided packing.
Excellent for chemical products with these exceptions:
molten alkali metals, fluorides, aleum, fuming nitric
acid, aqua region and other strong oxidizing agents.

Grâce à son lubrifiant approuvé FDA, le 3R732 convient
aux applications alimentaires comme les agitateurs, les
mélangeurs, les fours et les séchoirs. Elle résiste également
à la plupart des acides caustiques.

with an “FDA” approved lubricant, this packing is ideal
for the food processing applications such as: mixers,
blenders, cookers, dryers and pumps. It resists to most
caustic acids.

Tresse de fibres pures de carbone renforcie de fins
brins de métal, elle est imprégnée de graphite et d’un
inhibiteur corrosif. Lorsque combinée avec le 3R746,
elle est idéale pour le début et pour la fin des rangs
d’anneaux d’étanchéité. Le 3R735 peut être utilisé en
présence d’eau chaude ou froide, de vapeur, de produits
chimiques, de gaz chauds et de solvants, mais est non
recommandé pour les acides corrosifs très concentrés.

It is diagonally braided from high quality pure carbon
fiber yarns, reinforced with fine metal wires, impreg-
nated with graphite and a corrosion inhibitor. When
combined with the 3R746, it is well suited as top and
end rings. The 3R735 can be used in presence of
hot or cold water, steam, chemical products, hot gas
and solvents, but not suitable for highly concentrated
corrosive acids.
