Rubber
3R856 is a Viton® grade A rubber with good resistance to chemicals such as oils, fuels, lubricants and most mineral oils. It withstands operating temperatures over 200°C (400°F). It can also be easily used outdoors because it is resistant to bad weather, atmospheric oxidation, UV rays, ozone, fungi and mold.
Applications
The composition of 3R856 ensures a very good seal in aggressive environments. For example, it is ideal for the manufacture of seals in applications in the presence of petroleum products.
