CARTEX mechanical seals are fully pre-assembled. They are balanced, can be used in either direction of rotation and come with all the connections you need for the most common modes of operation.

Different types of Cartex //


Cartex SN :	Single seal with flushing connection.
Cartex SNO :	Single seal without connections for «dead-end» operation.
Cartex QN/TN :	Single seal for operation with unpressurized fluid quench. Same as «SN’ version» but with outboard lip seal (longer fitting length).
Cartex DN :	Double seal, double pressure balanced (the seal remains closed in case of buffer fluid pressure failure of reverse pressure) buffer fluid system required; integrated circulation system eliminates the need for an additional circulating device.
