Compressed sheets, non-asbestos sheet gasket material produtcs

3R 865
ARAMID FIBERS / NBR BINDER

ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified

The 3R 865 is a compressed sheet (non-asbestos) gasket materiel produced from a combination of aramid and other synthetic fibers and bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). The 3R 865 is a very good material for high temperature seal, that has numerous applications in the process industries and in the water and wastewater industry. This compressed sheet  is also commonly used in equipment such as valves and pumps.

Applications //

The 3R 865 is suitable for service handling the following general media categories:

- Mild inorganic acids - Mild organic acids - Concentrated alkalis
- Diluted alkalis - Water - Brine
- Aliphatic solvents - Industrial gases - Animal oils
- Synthetic oils - Vegetable oils - Petroleum and Derivatives
- General chemicals - Aromatic solvents - Air
