3R 2660SIL
CERAMIC SLEEVE

ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified
 

This sleeve is known for its' superior insulation capacity (982°C / 1800°F). It also resists well to thermal shock, to corrosion of a break caused by vibrations and to mechanical shocks. The 3R2660SIL has an excellent chemical stability and resists to most corrosive agents (except : hydrofluoric acids, phosphoric acids and alkaline). Even after being wet from oil, water or vapour, it completely recovers to its’ original physical properties as it dries.
 

Applications //

Ceramic sleeves are durable and efficient for the industrial applications that need a strong and flexible textile. It is used for applications such as : to cover and insulate piping, tadpole tape, thermal sealing (ovens, boilers), high temperature lagging, etc…
