Applications //
Because of their low thermal conductivity they are the ideal raw material for the production of flexible insulating mats formed mechanically without the use of chemical bonding agents. These mats keep a very high chemical and physical stability up to 1000oC (1832oF). The easy handling of the Silica needle mats allows the cutting of the material into any desired shape and form.
Fields of applications //
Industrial ovens, Chimneys, Tile stoves, Boilers, Steel Industry, Gas exhaust systems, Laboratories, Fire protection, and similar applications.
