The protective cover is made with a high quality glass fabric coated on both sides with neoprene. The glass fabric used offers a good resistance to temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).

The neoprene coating increases the resistance to wear while protecting the cables against the penetration of oils and greases. On each side, a Velcro closing tape 1" wide, sewn with Kevlar thread and/or glued, makes the use of the cover much more practical.

Applications //

The protective covers are commonly used in welding shop to protect the cables and hoses on automatic, semi-automatic and plasma welding equipment.

The cover holds the hoses and cables together, reducing the wear and damage caused by sparks and hot metal drops.

The use of the cover reduces the time loss to replace the hoses and cables since it can be opened anywhere with Velcro closing.
