NYLON CLOTH (COMBO)

This cloth is made from nylon threads retwisted to increase its' wear resistance. Twill weaving increases the traction force and reduces fraying at the cut. A "Heat set" treatment is also applied to stabilize the material.

Applications //

The 3R 1135 cloth is used in the fabrication of certain types of dust collector bags. It is also used for suction pipe sleeves and vibrating sifters for the material calibrating procedures. Its' high resistance to wear makes it also very practical as a reinforcement for chute protectors for abrasive materials.
